Les Verts Monts
A stirred brandy cocktail of Armagnac, Cognac, and Calvados with blanc vermouth, pale cream sherry, maple syrup, and Angostura bitters. It is sweet and fairly strong at about 22% ABV.

Stir all the ingredients (except the lemon twist) over ice, then strain into a Nick & Nora glass. Squeeze the lemon twist over the drink and discard. Garnish with the apple slice.
